Where do you ship from?
SPZKSHOP has established a network of factories and warehouses across multiple countries globally, primarily located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Australia. Our logistics and distribution operations are primarily carried out through collaborations with USPS, as well as other partners such as Epacket, Yun Express, and FedEx. As our products are shipped to customers worldwide, we are committed to upholding international service standards and strive to provide our valued customers with the latest, highest-quality products available.
Orders & Tracking
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details. You may cancel your order or modify your shipping information within 6 hours of placing the order. After this 6-hour window has passed, your order will enter our processing pipeline, at which point we will no longer be able to make any modifications. Once the order processing is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please click here to review our shipping policy.
Once your order has shipped, we will send a follow-up shipping update email containing your tracking number. Simply click the link provided in the email to track the status of your package. Please note that tracking information may not appear immediately—typically for the first few days—after you receive the shipping update email. There may be a delay of a few days (sometimes referred to as a "tracking gap") between the time your package is scanned at different transit points. Please rest assured that this is a normal occurrence within the logistics process and will not affect your estimated delivery date.
Delivery Times
Orders shipping to local destinations: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days.
Please note that the estimated delivery times mentioned above do not include order processing time (e.g., time required for production, inventory allocation, etc.). Additionally, delivery times may be extended by a few days in the event of severe weather conditions or strict customs inspections in the destination country.
How do I modify my order information?
If you discover any errors regarding your shipping address or the items you purchased, please contact us via email as soon as possible. We will assist you in correcting the relevant information.
Please note: We are only able to modify order information within 12 hours of the order being placed.
Therefore, we strongly recommend that you review the order confirmation email immediately after placing your order to carefully verify that all details are accurate and correct.
What is your order cancellation policy?
Once your order has been successfully placed, you have a 6-hour window in which to cancel the order and request a refund. Please note that if you cancel an order, we will charge a consolidated fee (equivalent to 10% of the total order value) to cover administrative, order processing, and transaction fees. Six (6) hours after an order has been submitted, our system automatically forwards it to our warehouse for processing and production; at that point, we will no longer be able to cancel your order or issue a refund.

Return Policy Details:
We will accept returns provided that you initiate a request within five (5) days from the date the carrier's tracking system indicates the order was "Successfully Delivered." You must contact our customer service team via email within this 5-day window to request a return or refund.
This Return Policy applies only to items that have been damaged during transit or that contain manufacturing defects. If the item arrives in good condition and without any defects or anomalies, we will not issue a refund or exchange.

We do not refund shipping charges. Any shipping costs incurred for returning an item must be borne by the buyer.
